Scripture Reflection Questions
Reflecting on the Scripture can be a powerful way to deepen our faith and our relationship with God. As leaders, reflection on our leadership, our situation, and those we lead is an essential component of being an effective leader. Here are some questions that can be helpful in guiding your reflection. I used these as a way to help with RCIA as we broke open the Word each Sunday during Mass. Another idea is to print this out and bring it to your next meeting--read a Scripture passage (maybe that day's Mass readings) and use it as a discussion guide. You can also bring it to your Holy Hour or as you spend time before the Blessed Sacrament. What other questions can you think of? Provide it in the comments!
